Not a problem. For parties of 4-20, we typically prepare the food at our commissary, and deliver it in high-tech thermal carriers at the appointed hour. The food will hold at serving temperature for an hour or more. For larger groups, we break out the Lobstermobile which has on board everything necessary for a complete feast for up to 200 guests!
